Building Boost under Sun CC for Solaris

Just an update: Sun has confirmed the bug I've been seeing in its
preprocessor. It's listed as bug id 4763527. I can't get any further
information about it because I don't have access to SunSolve, but we
probably won't be able to build boost 1.29 on Solaris until this bug is
fixed.
