I managed to 'bootstrap' bjam in 1.28.0 under OpenVMS after _lots_ of
additions of compilation /linker directives in build.com. It didn't seem to
have been updated for a __int64 (long long) time. I also had quite a few
compilation errors and had to change the source in a couple of places,
including some unreferenced external to "regex_compile" iirc, which I could
change to the provided reg<whatever>. However, all of this was kind of
hacked into place just to make it compile, and, when I got it to compile I
could never get bjam to find 'boost-build.jam' - so I left it for the time
being.

I guess I could take another shot on this, preferrably when boost 1.29.1 is
released - could you update build.com to at least include all correct source
files before this? There's also the possibility to try with 1.29, but in
this case I'd also be grateful if you could fill in the most apparent
missing bits from build.com and mail it to me.
