Sorry for taking so long to get back to you...

I'm not sure what could be wrong here as it looks like you are doing
everything right.

Could you do me the favor of trying a somewhat smaller sample/test project
to see if you get similar problems. I'm attaching a small one to this email.
I tested this one on Linux+GCC and it works there.

Also some debug output, using "-d+5", would also be helpfull.
