Seems fine to me. By the way I was just waiting for the dust to settle, as I
have very significant lags most times, for example I recently had a 10 hour
lag to one of my emails to yahoogroups.

The only problem I see with real-time chat is that the discussions are not
archive and as widely available.
Would moving the jamboost list to a more responsive server help here? Are
the Sourceforge lists more responsive? (I sometimes see significant lags in
it) Are the iu.edu lists more responsive?
