That comment is hopeless pointless and out-date. Got to get rid of it. But
anyway... I thought that I mean something different: if generator produces
two targets, of type X1 and X2, then we assume that properties of both
of them are the same.
Moreover, now the target path for both X1 and X2 is determined by the action
class which procudes the target, and is equal for both of them.
