It's usable on Linux/gcc for not very complex projects. If you have a recent
version of bjam, you can go to tools/build/examples-v2/hello directory of
your boost tree and run bjam there. You migh want to look at
tools/build/boost_build_v2.html as well. It's probably appropriate to get
the idea of what exists currently.
