Hmm... to tell the truth those tests are stale. I've written them long
time ago, but somehow they never were used. Not sure what to do.
I think that the only thing not tested otherwise is warning produced
when target requirements change build properties. But do we need that warning?

I mean:

exe a : a.cpp : <optimization>space ;

and build request of

<optimization>space

which case "a" to be build with properties different from requested by user.
