We should, and as far as I can tell we are! The darwin toolset in CVS has
the flag present. So the possibilities are:

1. The flag is ignored somehow.
2. There is something wrong with Boost.Build and the toolset and therefore
the flag really isn't there in the GCC invocation.
3. The toolset in use is not the one in CVS. But I doubt this one.

To find out which of those we would need the invocation from the log.

So Marshall, could you provides us with one GCC invocation as seen on the
logs?

...PS, I Think I just discounted #2 above with some of my own poking about.
Which leaves #1, or #3.
