Online help broken

I've just got this output

bash-2.05a$ bjam --help borland
don't know how to make borland
...found 1 target...
...can't find 1 target...

and precisely the same on other modules. I think there are two things wrong
about it: (i) no help is produced and (ii) attempts to update "borland" is 
made. Rene, do you have any clue as to reasons?
