I guess we should add copyright statements to those too...there seems to be
consensus that just about everything (including makefiles, jamfiles, etc)
should be copyrighted, so that's also true for any scripts included in the
distribution. I'll add script files to inspect.

Also, it seems I jumped the gun a bit when I added a boost.org copyright -
it seems that's not a viable solution. All the files that I changed in
Boost.Build were created by Volodya, so the copyright should include his
name. Volodya, is it okay if I change boost.org to Vladimir Prus?
