Mmm... I don't think I like new formatting much. One minor thing is that
Emacs fails to highlight things like

</h2>
because there are three lines (not one). In general, there's too much line
occupied by closing tags and too little empy lines. As the result, the file
lacks visual separation between paragraphs/list items and is harder to read.
I thought here might be some switch to turn on the old behaviour, but could
not find it in docs. I'll ask on tidy's mailing list.
