1. I love Python and think it's great to be able to build systems
like this in Python.

2. If the system required Python, Boost would not be able to use
it. I looked into this before starting on Boost.Build; too many
people saw a Python requirement as meaning that they'd have to
install a whole new set of tools on their system in order to use
the build system. I was very sad.
