I think that Ali did no say if it's possible to build lib/bar in debug mode, 
and how. If it's possible, then yes, it's closer to default-build.

In fact it's closer to V2's default-properties, that we've discussed some time
ago. I was thinking about it for some time and hopefully we'll have them 
really soon now.
