Confirmed...the test case now works for me after the CVS update.
Thanks for the fix!

Now I have encountered another bug related to Conditional Properties and
have made another simple reproducible test case for that one. I will
send a new message describing the new bug. (Actually it is not a "new"
bug...it was a bug before your fix and it is still a bug after the fix.)
