Well, we know know that BCB5 CAN run regression tests with bjam because
until recently that was the version Beeman was using. For some reason
though my hacks are causing the linker to pick up different RTL libs by
default, but I don't see where that might be set in bjam.

I have a new PC at home, which is not yet online and is as yet
unpolluted by compilers. I will see if I can run regressions on this
with a default install of the borland free compiler and boost. If not,
I'll guess something in bjam has changed since BCB5 came off the
regression list. However, I suspect it is more likely that some of my
hackery has messed up something less obvious, and I will hopefully come
back with a more definite idea of where I fouled thing up!
