Summary of my status...

o SLOWness...I printed a -d+10 profile and sent to the list for Vladimir
to look at. I will personally be more interested in pushing this issue
later after I solve the gcc library dependency problem and get the rest
of my system working logically.

o Command line overflow. Jurgen's fix of jam.h:MAXLINE as well as some
other BB fixes this week have solved my current show-stoppers, so I will
put this in the back burner for now.

o gcc library dependency order...Vladimir sent me instructions...I had a
busy day today so haven't got a chance to start yet...will start this
evening.

o plan then to get the rest of my system working
o plan then to try on CYGWIN/gcc, CYGWIN/msvc, and NT/msvc
o plan then to press the SLOWness issue.
