compiling bjam using vc7

When using the build.bat script for compiling bjam I get an
error message D4002 saying : ignoring unknown option /LIBPATH.

Of course the option /LIBPATH exists. But the problem might be due
to the fact that multiple paths are passed although only one directory
per /LIBPATH can be passed IIUC.

(I must admit that I'm a complete novice on windoze but am going
to work on that).
