We've being talking previously that small project should work with only one
jam file. I've just added infrastructure that should allow it. Please check
out the attached example. There, only project-root.jam is present, which
makes itself also project module.
The only issue is that syntax used in project-root.jam is ugly. I propose that
if project-root.jam wants to act as jamfile, it should call the 'project' rule
right at the beginning. The effect will be the same as for 'project' rule in
Jamfiles, but in addition project-root.jam will be turned into project.
