I think we've never finished discussion that issue --- IIRC I've asked a 
couple of questions. As for 

foo/bar@/boost/filesystem/filesystem

syntax: unless Dave is -1, I'll remove support for it when I get back to 
Boost.Build hacking next time. So we'll have 

foo/bar 

for regular filesystem paths and

@/boost/filesystem

for project ids. And no other cases.
