I have a question on generators having to do with the Target objects and 
graph.

The documented reason why "virtual-target" exists in the first place is 
that they need to be created and possibly discarded in searching for 
transformation sequences. But do they?

Doesn't the transformation search depend only upon type? IOW, can't you 
just search for the transformation sequence based on types and then use 
the transformations once to generate the Targets?
