Ehm... did you try to invoke "bjam --help-all". It prints absolutely nothing,
for a simple reason: the "help.jam" module calls "EXIT", so the header
scanning stuff which actually outputs the help string is never run.
I've did a fix in CVS, please take a look and tell if it's OK.
