Probably, it's something that's easily fixable. I assume the problem is with 
different libraries/compilation options. In fact, Boost.Build has 
"user-interface=gui" property which is supposed to help. If it does not, and 
you have need/inclination to make it work it work, just post more complete 
description of problem or command line switches that are needed.
