M4 delayed

Milestone 4, which was planned for today, slips for the next week. There are 
two blockers:
- target-id syntax change was planned, but even if I fix the test that fails 
today, we'd need to update docs and examples.
- STLPort now works okay on gcc, but not at borland or msvc. In fact, I cannot
even compile STLport itlsef with borland.

And further, both Thuesday and Friday are holidays in Russia. I expect to 
address both points on Monday.
