By the way, this really is the wrong list for these questions. On
this list, we discuss the design and mechanics of a generalized build
system, not the policies for what library designers may do to get
their libraries building or issues of testing, etc. I won't belabor
the point, but I suggest the Boost developers' list for this thread.
