I'm also getting very weird behavior here on the -a switch. Win XP. bjam
built two days ago.
I just added a new compiler. Because I was worried about residue from
earlier tests, I ran bjam with the -a switch.
A few of the tests worked fully. But for many others, the only commands
given were mkdir's. No other sign of actions in those directories.
