And even more anoying... When _I_ follow the exact steps of the issue I see
no problems. That is the first invocation fails as expected, but the second
invocation succeeds contrary to what the issue says - Which is correct
behaviour when it doesn't find bison.exe.
NOTE: this is on Win2K.
