OK, so if I want to 'rebuild' the grammar I should do 'build.sh
--grammar', on platforms with a broken yacc/bison I should just use
'build.sh' ?

I'll give it a try (once I can update boost again, sourceforge has been
giving me timeouts all day now and also all my nightly
updates/status-builds cronjobs fail because of cvs timeouts on
sourceforge (although these are sheduled when the US and europe are
sleeping so I would expect that SourceForge would not suffer a heavy
load at that time).
