Hi Paul,
it seems like bjam cannot find hello.c. It not possible to say why, unless you
provide more information. Here's the relevant part of
http://boost.sourceforge.net/boost-build2/hacking.txt:
When reporting a bug, please try to provide a minimal reproducible
testcase. Shell script with some annotations is much better than verbose
description of the problem. Also, always try to test with CVS HEAD state.
