I've started to test your branch.
It is going to take a while to sort through it all, but here are a couple
of initial issues:
* We need to test this build process on a daily basis. I don't know if that
means adding to the current regression tests or adding a separate test
framework.
* The include directory and its sub-directories are getting built, and have
files with what appears to be the correct names. The contents of the files
are all identical, and are not at all correct.
