Agh... I found my copy on P:\winnt\system32 (P: is network mapped drive which 
has another installation of windows, and also has msvc). Thanks for helping!

Now, the good news: getting_started1 python extension works under msvc on 
Windows.

The problem is to merge the change I've made and posted as diff to trunk *and* 
not break gcc/Linux build and especially cygwin build. The latter one I 
cannot even test.
