Ah yes, my user-config.jam was not set correctly. It looks like it
got messed up in a CVS merge. It works now, thanks.

Yes, I would agree it needs to be tweaked. For instance, I can still
build docs only from a BOOST_ROOT whose path is without spaces and
apparently the auto-download of DTD and XSL support files no longer
functions. I would offer help if I were at all competent in writing
jam files, but unfortunately I am not.

Anyway, I've got it working again (for now), so the issue isn't
pressing.
