Otherwise getting old versions at the new locations might miss files if they

I'm moving it to v2/doc as it doesn't exist there. There are a few other
boost-build.jam files around which we will be able to eliminate in favor of
a single one at the v1 and v2 subdirs :-)

I'm attaching the updated script. Hopefully the cvs.sf.net website will come
back soon so I can deal with the Attic files.
