Help using <library>

According to the boost-build documentation 
(http://boost.sourceforge.net/boost-
build2/boost_build_v2.html#library_dependencies), we should be able 
to do this

project 
: requirements <library>/boost/filesystem//fs
;

but I cannot get this to work. 

error: Unable to resolve target-id /boost/filesystem//fs

Please give an example that works. Thanks.
