Hi !

First of all, the new <implicit-dependencies> feature is working fine.
Thanx Volodya.

But I've still problems building on Win32 due to command-line overflows.
It seems that the exe-target still add _all_ implicit-dependencies from
the used libraries to the compiler command line.
I thought this behaviour would be removed, too.
