Restructuring again...

I finally have a Boost CVS snapshot from last night :-)

I modified and tested a new script, which works correctly. Only needed the
initial "rm" to clean out and restart.

Dave could you please submit an admin request with the **attached** script.
(It has Unix line endings this time, so no need to convert)
