There's already a very basic toolset for v2 in CVS. Put "using darwin ;"
in your user-config.jam or project-root.jam.

It has much less functionality than v1, and I haven't tested it against
Boost.Python, so I guess I'll go do that now. I do want to get it
integrated into the gcc toolset, once it's working to the level that
most users are satisfied with it.
