the current Boost.Build fails searched_lib.py and library_chain.py tests with

The reason for problem is somewhat contrived. In short, new binutils have
stricter checks for unresolved symbols in shared libraries. I'd like to think
whether it's better to add an option which puts back relaxed checks or solve
this issue in a better way.
If anybody hits this problem and needs fix right now, let me know.
