It would, it just a bit tricky. If top-level properties differ, then it's not 
hard, but what if everything is the same except for sources and sources 
differ in properties. Do we need full-blown "diff" utility for targets.

In this case, both targets come from the same main target and the same line in 
jamfile. It might a good idea in general.

It's lot of text, true. Compomise between too little and too much is a hard
