Yeah... that's why I've told about most up-to-date version. This problem was 
fixed in revision 1.13 of gcc.jam that I've comitted just yesterday.

You're right -- the archive generator was introduces few days ago and I 
completely forgot about 'clone' :-( Hope it works now.
