We can certainly do that; I just didn't want to cause too much flux with
library docs and freak out other authors.
The only other issue is that building all the boost docs takes a very
long time, so testing changes is slow. Also, the <part> problem I
mentioned on the docs list also prevents the Build docs from integrating
cleanly:
