FWIW, I've just checked in a change to the Jamfile.v2 for
tools/build/v2/doc that will copy the latest stylesheet and images to
the appropriate places, and the html.xsl should now use boostbook.css as
its default stylesheet. This will facilitate building just the
Boost.Build docs locally, rather than having to build all the BoostBook
based docs.

Let me know if people have problems building the docs.
