when I simply do:
bjam --v2 >bjamv2.log
in my daily test scripts, I get the following in bjamv2.log

error: no native rule "add-pair" defined in module "class_at_order."

I note that order.jam was changed :
----------------------------
revision 1.3
date: 2004/02/16 08:30:13; author: vladimir_prus; state: Exp; lines: +2 -0
Optimize library ordering by native rules.
and that the change consisted solely of:
========================================
C:\Projects\boost\tools\build\v2\util>cvs diff -r1.2 order.jam
Index: order.jam
===================================================================
RCS file: /cvsroot/boost/boost/tools/build/v2/util/order.jam,v
