Hello.
What is the current status of gcc library ordering? I am using current cvs
version of v2 but I am experiencing a problem that can be solved by repeating
two of my libraries on the command line. Going through the archive I've found
some references saying that is's been implemented. Does it cover my use case?

PS. For now I was able to circumvent the problem by using 'alias' instead of
'lib'. Why cannot we change all static libraries for the final linking stage
to aliases? Isn't static library just a convenience for distribution?
