Hi,
(Apologies if the threading of this reply is screwed up, when I sent the
original mail I had only just joined the yahoogroup and it did not start
sending me mail until some time afterwards).

V1, but if it is possible to move to V2 and it solves the problem I can
use that.

I meant the Boost build+install (I am building Boost, not my own
project). I want to only generate libboost_*.so, not libboost_*.a.
