I included an example on my first reply ;-) And of course I just noticed the 
important part got delete somehow :-( -- Here's the example I originally 
intended to include...

The requirements have the general form: "<toolset><variant><feature>value". In 
which the toolset and variant can be ommited or the "*" wildcard used in its 
place.
