well, I don't know what might be useful.. this was on a freshly updated cvs
directory, and I just got the same result on a clean extracted boost_1_31_0
My system is a debian linux.
I tried the command from $(boost)/tools/build/v2 and then in an empty
directory (except for an adequate boost-build.jam)
and it works if I omit "--help-enable-detailed" : I get a single, short,
html file in the current dir.
(btw, I realized the previous error messages mentionned "help.html",
because I copy-pasted from another run. The actual messages for the actual
quoted command mentionned "reference.html" of course..)
