Thanks. The strange thing is that the logs has no errors at all.... 
Okay, I've looked at Jamfile and tried to synchronize V1 and V2 Jamfiles 
again. One of the changes I've made was requiring static linking for test lib 
on NT -- just like V1 does. Maybe this is the key.

Could you try again? If things still don't work, please send me complete build 
logs for V1 and V2.

And... thanks for making sure V2 works nice with Boost. This makes switching 
to V2 closer!
