The problem with regex DLL link was caused by the STLport
configuration mess on my computer. Thanks a lot, John.

I'm still puzzeled with the HardLink error and still do not
understand how can I use the Boost.Build for developing my own
programs. Will appreciate if somebody helps me with this.
