link-compatibily check gone for some features

If you recall, some time ago we discussed current check for link 
compatibility. Some users say they use this feature for their own features, 
so removing the check completely is not desirable.

OTOH, this check still produces useless warnings in some use cases. So, I've 
decided to remove 'link-incompatible' attribute from some of the feature, 
most notably 'toolset' and 'threading'. This means the mismatch is those 
features will not generate link-incompatibility warning.

Hopefully, one day we'll have a better solution, but I think that's all we can 
have for now...
