This was caused by yet another missing file ;-) I've comitted it now.

In fact, I was planning to do this:
1. Run all regression tests on Linux with V1
2. Run all regression tests on Linux with V2
3. Compare the results directories
4. Fix whatever problems there are.

Alas, at the moment some of Boost.Test tests fails on gcc in a way which 
breaks further processing, so for a while I can only rely on feedback from 
you.
